Abstracts Guidelines
The following guidelines are common for Oral (deadline for submission January 31st, 2025) or Poster Presentations (deadline for submission February 21st, 2025) and all authors are kindly requested to follow them for abstracts submission.
Important
- Flash Posters may be announced only by physical presentation of the participants in the Conference venue. There will not be on line presentation of Flash Posters.
- For on line attendants who wish to present a poster and attend online, their poster will be presented as thumbnail next to their abstract in the abstract usb stick and of course in the relevant section od the conference’s website
Selected poster abstracts will be presented as flash presentations.
- Abstracts should be submitted online via the form below or via e-mail at tli@zita-congress.gr to the attention of Mr. Thanasis Liagkis
- The abstract must be written in English.
- The abstract must be submitted in word format doc or docx.
The abstract should be structured as follows:
- Title in capital letters, bold, font 14, Times New Roman or ArialOne empty line
- Full author names. The author who will present the work should be underlined.One empty line
- Affiliations of all authors. (institutions, universities etc). Refer to authors’ name according to institution with a number e.g. Surname Name1, Surname Name21 Institution A,
2 Institution B,
One empty line - Abstract text. It can include figures and one or two references.
Abstracts (including titles, names, address, and the full text) should not exceed one A4 page in total, using (except for the title) fonts 12 Times New Roman or Arial, single space, and default margins (top 2.54 cm, below 2.54 cm, left 3.18 cm right 3.18 cm)
